By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending THRIVE Conference (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

All registrations must be completed through official THRIVE Conference channels. Payment is required in full to confirm your attendance. Pricing is subject to change at any time; confirmed registrations will not be affected.

2. Refunds & Transfers

All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
• Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with approval from the Organizer.
• If the Event is canceled by the organizer, registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future THRIVE Conference.

3. Event Modifications

THRIVE Conference reserves the right to update the Event schedule, speakers, format, or venue as needed. These changes may occur without prior notice and do not qualify for refunds.

4. Attendee Conduct

THRIVE Conference is committed to a professional, respectful environment.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates venue policies or applicable laws.

5. Media Release

By attending, you grant THRIVE Conference the right to capture and use photo, video, and audio recordings of the Event for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk.

THRIVE Conference, its organizers, partners, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or any indirect or incidental damages related to the Event.

7. Force Majeure

THRIVE Conference is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health events.

8. Intellectual Property

All Event content, including presentations and materials, is the property of THRIVE Conference or its speakers. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Information collected during registration will be used solely to support Event operations and communication. We do not sell personal data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
